Parent Questionnaire database - download

To extract files for installation:

  1. Click Download Parent Questionnaire software link below to download archive and save to temporary file on your computer.
  2. On the File download dialog that appears, select the option to "Save this program to disk" and select a folder on your computer to receive the file (e.g. c:\download).
  3. (If your browser shows a File download dialog indicating "Some files may harm your computer ...", simply click on the Save button)
  4. After the file has been downloaded, you should see a Download complete dialog.
  5. To install the software, click on the Open button.
  6. When prompted "Do you wish to extract  files to install Parent Questionnaire ...", click Yes.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Parent Questionnaire software.

If you clicked Close at step 5 above, or if the Download complete dialog closed automatically, you may continue the installation by double-clicking the downloaded file ParQ120.exe in the folder you selected for download (e.g. c:\download). You may re-install the Parent Questionnaire software at any time by double-clicking ParQ120.exe, although it is recommended that you uninstall any previous version beforehand.

The installation includes brief instructions for using the Parent Questionnaire software in the folder that you select during the installation process (e.g. "..\Program Files\Parent Questionnaire"). See the files Manual.doc and Helptext.rtf. The latter file may also be viewed from the Help menu in the software.

After installing, the Parent Questionnaire software may be started by clicking Start - Program Files - Parent Questionnaire - Parent Questionnaire
